Volunteer Resources

Can you imagine yourself becoming a Girl Scout volunteer?

Picture yourself . . .

. . . . Helping a girl learn a new skill, gain confidence, strive towards her goals
. . . . Being that very special adult mentor and role model for girls
. . . . Teaching a girl how to stay safe in the world around her
. . . . Sharing your interests, talents, or skills with a group of eager girls
. . . . Working with other adult volunteers to provide Girl Scouting to girls
. . . . Lending your experience on a Girl Scout committee or task group

The strength and capacity of Girl Scouting rests with volunteers. We need your participation as a volunteer to remain the preeminent organization for girls in Southern Illinois.

No matter how you choose to volunteer, you can be assured that you are helping girls gain courage, confidence, and character through their Girl Scout experiences.
