Lennette Holden, long-time Girl Scouts of Shagbark Council volunteer and camp staff member, is excited about her return this summer as Camp Cedar Point’s Director. Lennette brings over 16 years of Camp Cedar Point experience as a staff member/director to the position and is passionate about the value of informal education and all-girl environments. Lennette grew up attending various summer camps and has "many happy memories of (her) own experiences at Girl Scout camps in Northern IL as a camper."
As Camp Cedar Point’s Director, Lennette is "dedicated to making Camp Cedar Point the best place for girls to grow, express themselves, and develop their self-confidence." Lennette is enthusiastically looking forward to a successful summer filled with "smiles, adventures, cooking out, singing, overcoming challenges, and coming together as a team which supports and encourages each member."
Lennette is excitedly preparing for the summer and looks forward to a tremendously successful season!
